Challenging all TWDD meditators here in Canada

Challenging all TWDD meditators here in Canada

I successfully finished up my 3-month challenge that was issued back in November 2008 to meditate daily -- standing style for 2-hours in one session per day.  Unbelievably Wen and I kept it up, and all we can say is WOW!    What an amazing experience.  It was quite difficult at first both physically and motivationally, but as each day passed, the positive experience and peacefulness continued to grow in my heart driving me to want to continue the meditation practice.  * I1 }3 K* X  Y& V: S! _1 I. / G6 f! B( ^) W& r8 |$ sToday, I am putting it out there to challenge each of you (those who have completed the TWDD Beginner Meditation Class) to undergo another 3-Month Challenge starting March 1st, 2009.  I will continue my 2-hour practice and you will do a minimum 1-hour per day. Even if you split is up into 2 half-hour sessions that will be ok, but preferably it is better if you can do the full hour.  You will do the standing-style dynamic meditation, and you will have noticeable physical improvements to your health, energy and as well emotional well-being.  This is a FREE tool we have offered you, no side-effects and its return is the best value on your time.  Take control over the well-being of your life!

Some tips that helped me to keep up through the Challenge:) S6 v! u' J# Q3 |8 {

' Q8 `" m) I& E3 P0 a: _1.  Be flexible with your time.  Choose an ideal time to set aside each day, but if for whatever reason you can't do it on a particular day, then reset your practice to take place at another time period on that day.  I typically set evenings to do it, but when I had evening meetings, then I would switch it to practice in the early morning., H  X- c) J3 r$ k1 ?" \$ l

2.  Set up your alarm clock or cell phone with a quiet alarm to measure your 1 hour or so.  This way you won't be tempted to keep looking at the clock and interrupting your meditation.

3.  If you already are doing more than 1 hour, choose a time 30% more than what you are currently doing - so that it is a challenge to your regular routine. Up to a maximum of 2-hours per session.& B# G' r7 Q: \8 ]9 r* n0 @
