It was a great pleasure to have the opportunity to go to China visit BaiTai Temple three weeks ago , see our compassionate ShiFu, and attend the Chan Session…. a wonderful experience..

I have previously lived in quite a few monasteries before to practice cultivation….. some of them left a life-long memory for me, and this time it is certainly quite a striking experience.

ShiFu’s great wisdom, compassion, and dedication penetrated into his word or movement… it all flows out from the true self nature with no fancy words, no excessive politeness, no pretention….everything ShiFu teaches is simple, real, and catch every disciple by the heart…

Back to our daily life, there are a lot of lessons we should use to guide us, including to keep a steady mind, a cool mind, a detached mind to the daily thing, while a dedicated mind in the path of cultivation and enlightenment.
May every one walks on the cultivation path ShiFu teaches us.
